Steven Streets, 49, plays the Irish tune "She Moved through the Fair" on his "raincatcher" tuba in front of The North Market in Columbus on September 29, 2005. According to Streets, this type of tuba was nicknamed "raincatcher" by the Marine Corps musicians because it would fill with water when they marched in the rain.
